Return Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase! However, if for any reason your purchase is not suitable, we are here to help and we will gladly accept a return subject to the Return Policy below.

This policy applies to products bought from Excluso.

IMPORTANT:
Please check the items purchased immediately upon delivery. If you wish to return or exchange the purchase, you must contact Excluso via email within 5 days of the delivery date, otherwise we will not accept responsibility for any defective, incorrect or missing merchandise.

We do not offer refunds. However, you are welcome to exchange your product if it meets the following specifications:

  • Merchandise must be unopened and unused with the original labels and packaging intact.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. If you complete an exchange, you will be liable for the shipping cost.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase at your own expense.
  • Items can only be exchanged. Should you not find something suitable immediately, Excluso will issue you with a gift card which is redeemable within 6 months.

How to exchange the product:

  • Email info@excluso.co.za with your concern.
  • Complete the return form that will be emailed to you.
  • Return the items to our address supplied in the return form. Return shipping will not be refunded.
  • Once we received your package, please allow up to five (5) business days to process the exchange or store credit. No cash refunds will be allowed.
  • Additional lead times may occur if stock is not available. We keep our website as up to date as possible however it may not always reflect our stock levels.

You will be notified via email once the return has been processed. If the purchase meets our return policy; we will process your online store credit. Original shipping charges are non- refundable. If the return does not meet our policy, we will contact you to return your parcel.

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Excluso reserves the right to refuse an exchange or voucher on change of mind items. A refund will be provided to you via a Excluso voucher, providing all the Returns Policy Conditions are met and our warehouse has received the original item that is being returned. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following items for change of mind items:

  • Underwear
  • Beauty products
  • Jewellery
  • Toiletries
  • Swimwear
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (only regular priced items may be exchanged)
